At BSS we believe that business should be conducted in a transparent manner. This helps us ensure that you are happy with the service we deliver. All online orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
General
- 1. All activities are conducted in accordance with UK legislation.
Price
- 2. Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
- 3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
- 4. Payment must be made in advance. Goods will only be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
Supply of goods
- 5. BSS reserve the rights to refuse any order, in which case, a full refund will be provided.
- 6. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled by BSS, a refund or product of equal/higher quality will be offered to the customer.
Delivery
- 7. We will aim to dispatch all items within 1-3 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 10 working days to dispatch goods.
- 8. Orders over £70.00 (inc. VAT) will qualify for free delivery. Orders under £70.00 (inc. VAT) will be subject to a flat rate charge of £4.50. These charges apply to the UK mainland only.
- 9. For exceptionally heavy goods BSS reserve the right to charge the delivery at cost, subject to agreement with the customer prior to dispatch.
- 10. All delivery charges outside of the UK mainland will be charged at cost, subject to agreement with the customer prior to dispatch.
Damaged goods, shortages and non-delivery
- 11. Damaged goods or shortages should be noted on the carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice provided to BSS within 31 days of purchase.
- 12. Claims for non-delivery should be made to BSS within 31 days of the purchase date.
Returns
- 13. All returns are subject to the Returns Policy.

- 14. All personal details are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy
