Returns Policy
- 1. All returns must be authorised by BSS before a refund or exchange will be provided (no unauthorised returns will be accepted). To authorise and arrange a return please contact the BSS Customer Support Team via the contact details below.
- 2. The customer is entitled to return goods within 31 days of purchase. An exchange or refund will be provided upon receipt of dispatched goods. All goods returned (unless faulty, damaged or cancelled within 7 days of purchase) will be subject to a 15% administration charge). No overseas or additional (special) postage costs will be refunded where goods are not damaged or faulty.
- 3. UK customers are entitled to cancel an order within 7 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided upon receipt of dispatched goods.
- 4. All goods must be returned in original condition.
- 5. Damaged goods must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.
- 6. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are not damaged while in their care.
- 7. It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods to the returns address below.
- 8. Refunds and exchanged will be honoured when dispatched goods have been received and verified by BSS.
